Used in:
A bitterless black wheat malt from American maltster Briess. Contributes dark colour to beer without harshness or astringency (as it has no husk). Also adds hints of roast, chocolate, and coffee flavours. An extremely smooth black malt, perfect for use to add dark colouring to beer without any harshness. Perfect for use in Black IPAs, dunkels, schwarzbiers and other dark ales and lagers.
Approximately 550° L in colour.
