The size of the saucepan isn't overly critical. As long as it fits on the portable induction cooktop and is large enough to hold a litre or two, we're good to go!
We will be boiling light dried malt extract in enough water to dissolve the extract. Only a few minutes of boiling is required as all you want to do is sanitize, we're not making beer here. A saucepain with a clear lid can make it easier to monitor for boil-overs.
