Used in:
Smoother than domestic 2-row, moderate malt flavour, light in colour. Base malt for many German / European beer styles. We prefer Weyermann brand.
To reduce cost, we suggest purchasing your most used base malts by the sack (50-55 lbs) instead of by the pound.
