A strong oxygen based alkali cleaner in powder format. Widely used in commercial breweries across North America. Can effectively clean items that can't be reached with a brush or sponge, and is strong enough to remove thick, difficult, caked-on organic soils. Environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and will not harm septic systems.

For every day cleaning we prefer OxiClean Free or Baby (a similar oxygen based cleaner that is slightly less potent but readily available, less expensive, and comes in both powder and spray form).
