Need more power? Add an Electric Brewery Booster Panel to increase your power output by two heating elements (2 x 5500W max). Multiple Booster Panels can be daisy-chained together, allowing you to increase capacity as you grow. Great for 2-3 bbl or larger setups or for reducing heat times.
Electric Brewery Booster Panels are custom built, suited to individual needs. Contact us with your specific needs and we will work with you to design the perfect setup.
A simple Booster Panel may feature manual on/off switches for controlling the extra two elements, adding power where and when you need it for faster ramp times and/or more vigorous boils. More advanced features include a separate PID/Timer to add a delayed start so that HLT strike water is preheated and ready to go at the start of your brew day. Booster Panels are adjustable through internal jumpers, allowing you to direct power differently if your needs change. Each Electric Brewery Booster Panel requires its own 50A / 240V single phase circuit just like our regular 50A panels.
If we build your main panel for you, we can also interlock Booster Panels with your main panel so that you control everything from the main panel.
