We use and recommend industrial grade plugs, receptacles, and connectors with nylon bodies (shown in picture). Unlike easily damaged consumer grade varieties made from molded rubber, these nylon versions resist damage from impact, sunlight, heat, abrasion, and chemicals. They may also be removed with only a screwdriver (if required) for maintenance or replacement. They are what you see in an industrial plant floor environment and are what we use on all of our products including heating element assemblies, pump cords, control panels, and control panel power cords.
